Returns & refunds

A simple, judgement-free returns process within 14 days.

Eligibility

Unopened products in their original seal can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened intimate products cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a parcel arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, write to us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned parcel reaching our warehouse.
