How, when and in what packaging your MyDesirePlay order arrives.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in an opaque, unbranded outer box. The label carries a neutral sender name and never mentions the product or category. Invoices are emailed, not enclosed.

Delivery timelines

Orders placed before 2pm IST are dispatched the same business day. Metro cities receive orders in 1–2 business days; the rest of India in 3–5 business days.

Shipping charges

Flat ₹99 shipping applies to orders under ₹1,999. Orders of ₹1,999 and above ship free across India.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed at dispatch and can be checked any time from the Track Order page using your LUM order ID.
